Thrive University is a professional learning platform that is designed to give Thrivers the knowledge and skills they need to perform at quality levels through video courses, course assessments, resources, and live virtual quarterly training sessions. Thrive University will have a continuously growing training library and will give Thrivers access to customized video-based learning 24/7 so they can develop relevant skills and grow professionally.

The Thrive University training library has a growing library of learning courses that cover a variety of topics and allows Thrivers to choose courses that fit their specific learning needs. Visit the course library to view all available courses. New courses will be added every quarter.

Learning courses typically take 45-60 minutes to complete. 

Thrive University produces all of its content in-house and utilizes our expert employees and outside resources. All of Thrive’s training purposes are overseen by their Corporate Trainer to ensure quality standards are being met.

Your own learning history is available to you at any time. Simply log into your Thrive University/Google account and under the “my account” button at the right you can select “My profile” to view your learning history. 

Yes. You will find all of your completed courses and certificates available in your learning profile. You can download the certificate to save a digital file or to print.
